Dinner Report - 2/16/07

* TOM'S *

chicken schnitzel (thighs that I flattened & breading ala Tom)
cous-cous (spices also ala Tom)
bourbon (ala Jim Beam)

PS - a couple pre-dinner comments...
1) I had a medium cafe mocha @ Gorilla coffee this afternoon
2) Tom & I each had some PINK chocolate (from Marit) & buffalo blue-cheese potato chips as appetizers (yes, you read that correctly!!!)
