Dinner Report - 3/27/07

pepper crusted filet mignon (w/bleu cheese butter)
mixed vegetables
chocolate & mango ices (from Uncle Louie G)

A new recipe... it tasted yummy, but it had an hour of resting time which doesn't make it a great choice for after-work dinner (takes too much planning).
